• How long does it take from accepting a quote to installation of my product?

Upon acceptance of our quotation, the average time to supply and install will be 3 to 4 weeks. Although, this may vary depending on the size and colour of your job. We are able to supply and install in a shorter time frame for emergency situations, however, this will incur a surcharge.

 

Do you have a showroom?

Yes, our showroom is located at Unit 3, 9 Ladbroke Street MILPERRA. We look forward to seeing you here!

 

How long does it take to install?

Installation times vary depending on the size of your job. Although, on average, a security door will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to install and an average window (1200x1200) will take roughly 15 to 30 minutes to install.

 

Do you service any areas outside the Sydney Metropolitan?

Yes, we are able to supply and install outside the Sydney Metropolitan. However, we will charge a fee for travelling subject to the distance of travel required outside Sydney.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, direct deposit as well as most debit and credit cards. Unfortunately, we no longer accept cheques as a form of payment.

 

Is there any way I can stay in the loop with the progress of my job?

Yes, once you provide us with a deposit to start works we will provide you with a confirmation email to notify you that your job has started. From this moment, we will send you weekly updates to inform you as to the stage of your job.
